We Made an Offer

We made an offer on the home pictured below last night and we settled on a price! So we are now in the process of inspections and appraisals etc. We are sooooo excited! Now we will have room for everyone when they come up to Kodiak. They will be moved out by May 1st, so we will move in after that. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths. It also has a huge bonus room above the garage. We will let you know when we close and the home is officially ours!
