We went to our ward's Trunk or Treat last night and had such a good time there with everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better night with the weather. It was in the 40's and perfect for the kids to go around to the cars and trunk or treat last night. As I was getting the kids ready and the car decorated, it reminded me of Moses Lake and doing this each year with the ward. Then the kids reminded me that this will be their first year of going door to door to trick or treat on Friday! They are sooo excited to do this! My poor deprived children! Where we lived in Washington, we were out in the country with not too many neighbors and so we never went door to door.

Here is Quincy in her Chicken costume. I think she makes a great chicken. She looked so cute!

Dylan was a spooky guy with a mask that has glowing eyes, but you can't wear masks at church functions, so he was just the kid in the black outfit. He didn't care. :)

Myah was Cleopatra. I think she was all about the jewels in her outfit! She saw this at WalMart and just had to have it. She makes a beautiful Cleopatra.

Cole was an archer. He did not want to be Robin Hood or any "character". So this was what he invisioned that an archer would wear and we put it all together. It turned out pretty good for doing it 1 hour before trunk or treat started! I had the burlap and all the supplies, we just had to create it. He is here with his partners in crime, Kyle and Kaytie. Kyle had the same costume as Dylan and Kaytie was a mime. She did a great job! She even had a little sign around her neck with the words Trick or Treat on it. They had fun together. But then they always do!!

Here is our car decorations. We won best decorated car. Whoo Hoo!

The kids thought this was the best game! Bobbing for donuts suspended from a string above your head. Here is Kaytie, Myah, Dylan, and Kyle.
Like I said we had a great time and saw some crazy costumes!! I will try to get better pics of the kids in their costumes on Friday before we go out trick or treating.
Love ya!
